Beach Clean-Up

We’re on a mission to leave the Riviera Maya region an even more magical place than we found it. Join the Be Interactive crew for a full-day excursion through the jungle to a beach in need of TLC. Our outing will conclude with a celebratory gathering where you can grab local eats and drinks. There may even be an exclusive set from an artist on the lineup involved.

Catamaran Isla Mujeres

Explore the dazzling depths of the Caribbean on the snorkeling adventure of a lifetime! Enjoy a guided tour on a luxury catamaran along the most beautiful part of Isla Mujeres’ picturesque coastline. Come ashore and stroll around this beautiful town at your leisure, go shopping, or walk on its smooth, sandy shores. Unwind as you cruise through the turquoise waters, basking in the tropical sun and relishing in a delightful light lunch with refreshing drinks from the open bar.

Chichen Itza

Chichen Itza is the capital of the ancient Maya empire. Its majestic buildings date back to 435 and 455 BC, and it’s geographically located in the middle of the beautiful Yucatan Peninsula. At this site, declared as one of the 7 Wonders of the World, you can visit magnificent temples such as the Kukulcan Pyramid and the Pok ta Pok ball game court. The Pyramid of Kukulcan is the most impressive temple in Chichen Itza. It’s renowned for the number of tombs beneath its towering 91 steps. After your journey through Mayan history you’ll head towards Valladolid for a wonderful lunch and a refreshing swim at the beautiful Selva Maya cenote.

Coba Maya Encounter

Get transported back in time to the ancient Mayan city of Cobá, where majestic pyramids (including Nohoch Mul, the tallest temple in the Yucatan Peninsula) rise above the lush vegetation of the rainforest. From the top, you will have stunning views of the jungle canopy. Following the short climb, guests will visit a secluded Mayan village to enjoy its well-preserved natural beauties such as lagoons, cenotes, jungle paths and a pristine reserve that protects the local flora and fauna. Rappel down thrilling cenotes and soar the canopy on breathtaking zippiness, swim in hidden caves and walk through the jungle as you learn about this unique environment. Afterwards, a lush meal will be prepared including soup, chicken, vegetables, rice, beans, handmade corn tortillas and flavored water.

Extreme Canopy Tour

Gear up and before you know it you’ll be high up over a tree overlooking the jungle. Your heart will be pounding and the adrenaline flowing as you take flight on the first of 10 Worldclass Ziplines, (the last zipline is for you to decide if you want to finish dry or get soaked in our all new AquaZip!), then, you’re off to Tarzania, the Zipline Coaster.

This is the ultimate jungle ride to unleash your primal Tarzan yell!! Once your feet are back on the ground it’s time to head farther into the jungle on a Safari Truck ride; your destination our very own private cenote. This natural water hole is the perfect way to freshen up and play!!

Follow the guide across the Nichupte Lagoon in your personal two-person speed boat and enjoy the unforgettable scenery while entering the mangrove canals. The canals are host to exotic birds and lead out to the awe-inspiring, turquoise, Caribbean Sea. You will also enjoy a refreshing snorkeling experience in the second largest barrier reef in the world.

Punta Laguna

Embark on a journey of discovery into the off-the-beaten-track world of the Yucatan Mayans. This unique experience kicks off with a guided tour of a small, typical Mayan village followed by a get-your-hands-dirty tamale workshop and snack stop. From here you will enjoy a guided walk through the surrounding tropical rainforest and participate in the local reforestation project, planting your very own trees.

Swim in a massive freshwater lagoon which is surrounded by lush jungle and an incredible range of endemic and migratory bird species. After cooling off and relaxing you will be guided by local Mayans into the jungle in search of spider and howler monkeys.

Wrap up this amazing day with a delicious, traditional Mayan lunch that includes empanadas, chayitas, rice, beans, potatoes, chicken pibil, lentil or vegetable soup, eggs with chaya, hand made tortillas, hibiscus flavored water and the tamales you made!

Temazcal Healing & Wellness

The perfect adventure after a long night of music and dancing on the beach. The Chaak Tun Eco Park is the ultimate setting for an encounter with the Mayan jungle’s impressive beauty. Your healing and wellness retreat begins with a refreshing dip into the waters of a several-thousand-year-old cave lined with magnificent limestone rock formations.

Afterward, you’ll experience a traditional fire ceremony that will prepare you for purification in the temazcal (the indigenous name for “sweat lodge”). The pre-Hispanic temazcal ritual has been used for hundreds of years for hygienic, medicinal, and spiritual purposes. By taking part in this ritual, you will have the opportunity to realign your spirit with mother earth while cleansing your mind and body.

Valladolid & Tequila Tour

Get ready to visit one of the oldest colonial cities in the Yucatan Peninsula. Enjoy Valladolid’s picturesque downtown while exploring its bustling green park, famed colonial church, the popular chocolate factory and numerous shops. Afterwards, we’ll make our way to the Selva Maya restaurant for lunch which is conveniently located near the “Saamal” sinkhole and available at any notice for a quick swim. Lastly, we’ll visit the Mayapan Destileria, one of the local Tequila factories in the region, where you’ll learn about their time-tested distillation process.
